Argosy the program is written in Microsoft Visual C++. It uses the MS C++ and the Microsoft Foundation Class libraries. These libraries are dynamically linked to the Argosy program at run-time.

When changes are made to the Argosy system we release the latest version of the Argosy program and a SQL script to update the database structure. Occasionally there may be SQL scripts to populate fields in the new data structures.
